Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Here at The Chattanooga Event Center, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of everyone who steps foot into our facility, including both our event space and our full commercial kitchen. When it comes to our clients, we’ll do everything we can to ensure that they never have to inquire about a cancellation or an exchange. However, we understand that sometimes an unforeseen set of circumstances could warrant a cancellation, postponement, or exchange.

In such cases, we will do everything we can to ensure that our client’s needs are met appropriately. Our entire team of professionals is dedicated to making sure that your experience attending or hosting at The Chattanooga Event Center is a one-of-a-kind experience, through and through.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, we can not offer monetary refunds once deposits have been made and the date(s) have been scheduled. Once that has occurred, our system no longer allows anyone else an opportunity to reserve that date. This, in turn, prevents those with special events for those dates to be forced to use other facilities, thus eliminating the possibility of us acquiring those other customers that we would have potentially otherwise gained.

Any cancellations, postponements, or requests for exchanges must be in writing. If the client and The Chattanooga Event Center team agrees that the event must be cancelled or postponed due to an emergency, act of God, civil disturbance, or similar unforeseen circumstance, The Chattanooga Event Center team will re-schedule the event on a “space available” basis and the rental deposit will be transferred to the re-scheduled booking.
